Basic Cupcake Recipe (12 units)

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of sugar
• 1 cup of butter at room temperature
• 1 1/2 cup of wheat flour
• 2 teaspoons of baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup of milk

Directions:


Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy. Add flour, yeast, eggs and milk and beat until smooth. Pour batter into muffin cups lined with paper muffin liners. Bake on the preheated oven in average temperature for 15 minutes. If you want you can bake on the microwave oven for 3 minutes... using silicon muffin cups.
